Well, its nothing like a block of Philadelphia.
People would sprinkle a little sugar on it, and eat it right out of the container.
Or they would spread it on their French bread.
She carries a covered basket in which are a number of small perforated tins in which the cheese are.
In her other hand she carries a can of fresh cream.
Mauthe notes that some hung the cheese in a pillow case from the oak trees to drain.
