They’re so good, you might want to double the recipe.

Pickles are in everything lately.

So we created Pickle Biscuits, which use both chopped pickles and the brine in the dough.

We’re glad we drank the Kool-Aid on this trend (or should I say pickle juice?)

What’s In Our Pickle Biscuits?

The recipe starts with pickles as any recipe touting pickle flavor should.

They get tossed into a fairly classicbiscuit dough, but with a few key changes.

A few stacks and folds later, and youre ready to slice and bake these tender biscuits.

And because theyre square (although you could make them round), theres no re-rolling or scraps.

Although, we didnt test this in our kitchens.
