Bright, fresh, and fruity, this drink is the perfect feel-good summer sipper.
(The name means “fresh waters"or “cool waters” in Spanish.)
But this recipe could easily be modified as a cocktail.

For a boozy version, blue agave nectar tequila would work great.
Vodka or gin would also work well as an alcoholic add-in.
For a bubbly version of this recipe, chill the fruit mixture before adding chilled sparkling water.

Spread mixture in an even layer on a small plate.
Rim glasses:
Place 1 tablespoon of the lime juice on a second small plate.

Dip rims of 4 (12-ounce) glasses in lime juice; dip in zest mixture to lightly coat.
Fill glasses with ice, and set aside.
