Ingredient Note

Do not drain the juice from the crushed pineapple.

Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 to 3 days for best results.

1(20-oz.)

Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

It will still be a little jiggly when you pull it out, but it should not be runny.

Remove from oven, and allow the cake to cool completely, about 1 hour.

Top cooled cake:

Spread whipped topping over cooled cake, if you wish.

Add pineapple chunks or fresh berries.
