1 2/3cupsheavy whipping cream, divided
2(8-oz.)pkgs.
Spray a 9-inch pie dish with baking spray; set aside.
Add butter; pulse until mixture holds together when squeezed, about 6 pulses.

Firmly press crumb mixture evenly into bottom and up sides of prepared pie plate.
Bake crust:
Bake in preheated oven until set and fragrant, about 10 minutes.
Let cool slightly on a wire rack, about 30 minutes.

Finish filling and add to pie crust:
Gradually fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
Spread evenly in prepared crust.

Gradually pour in remaining cream and beat until medium-stiff peaks form, 1 to 2 minutes.
Uncover pie; drizzle top evenly with fudge and remaining 2 tablespoons caramel sauce.
Pipe whipped cream mixture around edge as desired and sprinkle top with chopped pecans.
