Designer Shannon Eddings helped a young family revitalize their 1938 Tudor in the heart of Dallas.
Downstairs, two rooms were joined to form a primary suite complete with dual closets and a spacious bath.

The couple’s other musts were aclawfoot tubwhich often hosts bath time for the little onesand the dramatic tile.
“We knew that we wanted to have checkered floors somewhere in the house,” says Elizabeth.
“And I feel like they really pop with the green for a cool combo.”
