A pumpkin cheese ball is the star of this Halloween charcuterie board.
Spread it onto buttery crackers and nibble your way through the rest of the board.
Yogurt-covered raisins add a smattering of nostalgia and charm.

Spiced toasted nuts bring a little texture and fresh sliced bell peppers add a snap of freshness.
But theres no right or wrong way to serve a Halloween charcuterie board.
Ingredients
Cheese Ball:
2(8 oz.)pkgs.

Process until well combined.
Add 3/4 cup shredded cheese and process until cheese is finely chopped but still visible.
Prepare Cheddar cheese shreds:
Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese over large sheet of plastic wrap.

Cover cheese ball with shredded cheese:
Scoop cheese ball mixture onto cheese on plastic wrap.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.
Place cheese ball in refrigerator to chill at least 2 hours.

Create Charcuterie Board:
Remove cheese ball from refrigerator; remove rubber bands and plastic.
Place bell pepper stem on top of cheese ball.
Add salami and prosciutto:
Arrange prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella as desired.

Arrange salami pieces as desired, securing with wooden picks, if needed.
Place remaining 1/4 cup pepper jelly in a small serving bowl.
Serve:
Fill remaining space with toasted nuts.
