Why Do I Need Dry And Wet Measuring Cups?
The short answer is yes, you need both types for accurate measuring.
Its handy to have multiple sizes around, but youll likely use the smaller cups for most recipes.

Measuring spoons are used for small quantities of both dry and wet ingredients.
For dry, just follow the same steps as you would with a cup: Mound and leveldry ingredients.
For wet ingredients, take a stab at hold the spoon level as you fill it to the rim.
