Plus, her dad is from Birmingham, Alabama, so undoubtedly the Southern accent traveled overseas with them.
One Northerner,Kyra Sedgwick, got a nod from some of our readers for her work inThe Closer.
She was spot on, wrote one, while another added, Agreed, that New Yorker nailed it.

Others, however, werent so convinced: I thought her accent was horrible.
