After finally making my firstTrader Joesrun in 2024, the grocery store has quickly become my saving grace.
I now almost exclusively buy groceries here, because the store always seems to meet me where Im at.
If I want to make elegant and elaborate homemade meals, I can find everything I need here.

And if I simply dont feel like cooking at all, I can head straight to the freezer section.
One of my favorite fully prepared meals is Trader Joes Palak Paneer.
Its one of many Indian dishes the store keeps stocked in its regular freezer rotation.
This particular product has been a longstanding favorite for over a decade.
It took a one-year hiatus from the shelves, but its back nowand I couldnt be happier.

But its no less delicious.
But like many of the stores frozen meals, this dish tastes surprisingly fresh.
It has just the right amount of spicea slight kick that isnt overwhelming.
My only complaint is that I wish it came with rice, but thats an easy fix.
