Bake:
Bake in preheated oven until set and light brown, 40 to 45 minutes.
Remove from oven, and let stand until cool enough to handle, about 15 minutes.

Cut into squares:
Remove from pan using parchment paper overhang; transfer to a cutting board.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days.
