Preheat oven to 500F with rack in center position, leaving stone in oven as it preheats.

Rub an 18- x 13-inch rimmed baking sheet with the olive oil until evenly coated.

Roll and stretch pizza dough on a lightly floured work surface to a 17- x 12-inch rectangle.

If pizza dough keeps springing back, cover and let rest 10 minutes longer or until the dough relaxes.

Transfer to prepared pan.

Cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let rest 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, stir together 3 tablespoons melted butter, garlic, thyme leaves, 1 tsp.

parsley, and 1/2 tsp.

Brush evenly over pizza dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border on all sides.

Spread onions in an even layer on top of the pizza, then top with remaining cheeses.

Garnish pizza with additional fresh thyme leaves and serve immediately.
