A quick, easy spring dessert anyone can make.
All you have to do is whisk together a quick batter to pour into a buttered baking dish.
In about an hour, youll have a warm, buttery, fruity cobbler ready to enjoy.

This recipe is so easy that anyone can confidently bake homemade cobbler with great results.
Of course, the starring role of this strawberry cream cheese cobbler is, you guessed it, strawberries.

Reheat a single serving in the microwave if it has cooled completely (after your first snacking).
Place butter in a 13- x 9-inch glass or ceramic baking dish.
Place in preheating oven until butter is melted, about 6 minutes.
Remove from oven, and gently swirl until butter coats bottom of dish.
Mix with a rubber spatula until smooth; set aside.
Gradually add milk and vanilla, whisking just until combined.
Add batter to pan:
Pour batter over melted butter in prepared baking dish.
Do not stir butter into batter.
Arrange strawberries in a single layer over batter; scatter tablespoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over strawberries.
Let cool on a wire rack, about 20 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
