Add broth and turkey drumstick:
Pour in broth and add turkey drumstick.
Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, transfer 3 cups of the soup to a blender.

Secure lid on blender, and remove center piece to allow steam to escape.
Place a clean towel over opening.
Process until completely smooth, about 1 minute.

Pour mixture back into Dutch oven.
Cook pasta:
Cook pasta according to package directions.
