Mustard BBQ sauce is a tangy, golden barbecue sauce that originates from the Midlands of South Carolina.
This six-ingredient version is decidedly simple, really aiming to complement the flavor of the yellow mustard.
Apple cider vinegar brings the whole sauce together with acidity and zing.

This sauce pairs especially well with classic South Carolina BBQ dishes likesmoked pork, ribs, and grilled chicken.
To use, thaw overnight in the refrigerator or place the container in cold water for quicker thawing.
