When you’re ready to bake, simply thaw the dough in the refrigerator overnight.
Ingredients
2cups(about 8 1/2 oz.

1tsp.baking powder
3/4tsp.kosher salt
1/2tsp.baking soda
1cup(8 oz.
)unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4cup packeddark brown sugar
1/4cupgranulated sugar
1(3.4-oz.)pkg.
Line 3 large baking sheets with parchment paper, and set aside.

Fold in chocolate chips.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Remove from oven, and let cookies cool on baking sheet 10 minutes; transfer to wire racks.
