Let stand for 15 minutes.

Melt 3 tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet over medium-high until sizzling.

Add shrimp, and cook, stirring often, until shrimp are almost cooked through, about 5 minutes.

Using a slotted spoon, transfer shrimp to a large plate leaving butter mixture in skillet.

Add wine, and bring to a simmer over medium-high.

Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter, and return shrimp to skillet.

Remove from heat, and stir in parsley with lemon juice and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Season with additional red pepper to taste.
