Shepherd’s Pie with Sweet Potato Mash

Ingredients

Shepherd’s Pie:

1 1/2lbs.boneless chuck roast, trimmed and cut into 2-in.

Add broth mixture to slow cooker; stir to combine.

Stir in green peas.

Increase heat to HIGH.

Make Sweet Potato Mash: Place potatoes in a large saucepan, and cover with cold water.

Bring to a boil over high, and boil until tender, about 12 minutes.

Drain and return potatoes to pan.

Top beef mixture evenly with Sweet Potato Mash.

Cover and cook on HIGH until gravy has thickened and potatoes are heated through, 20 to 30 minutes.
