Freeze leftover turkey legs for up to 3 months.
Let frozen turkey legs thaw overnight in the fridge.
Then, reheat them in a 350F oven until heated through, or microwave until warm.

Ingredients
1/2tsp.
dried sage
1/2tsp.dried parsley
1/2tsp.dried thyme
1/2tsp.dried rosemary
1/4tsp.smoked paprika
1 1/2cups(12 Tbsp.)
unsalted butter, softened
4turkey drumsticks (about 10 oz.

In a small bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients (through butter) until well combined.
Spread evenly into a single layer.
Add drumsticks to roasting pan:
Rest the drumsticks on top of the vegetables.

Season with salt and pepper.
Allow the drumsticks to rest under the tent for 10 minutes before serving.
The temperature will continue to rise to 165F.
