Halve each one lengthwise, then place the cut side down and slice in half lengthwise.
Cut across the pieces to make 1-inch sections.
Spread the potatoes on the pan evenly, making the cut sides are facing down.

Roast for 15 minutes longer or until golden brown and crispy.
For example, if you halve smallred potatoes, the roasting time will be longer than chopped potato pieces.
