We made sure each bite has the tang and bite of ranch, but without being overwhelming.

Ingredients
Cooking spray
1(1-oz.

)envelope ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix(about 2 Tbsp.)
Place a wire rack on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Coat rack with cooking spray.

Whisk together milk and ranch dressing in a separate shallow bowl.
Stir together panko and Parmesan in a third shallow bowl.
Dip in milk mixture, letting excess drip off.

Dredge both sides in panko mixture, pressing to adhere.
Cook chicken:
Place chicken on prepared rack.
Lightly coat chicken with cooking spray.

Garnish and serve:
Garnish with chives and serve with ranch dressing.
