While sherbet and sorbet are both typically fruit-forward frozen treats, there’s one main difference: dairy.

Up to two days before serving, place scoops of rainbow sherbet into a muffin pan.

Wrap and freeze so you’re ready to pop out the scoops when ready to serve.

Slice the strawberries ahead and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Keep the punch cold until its time to serve.

Float the scoops on top of the punch.
