Microwaving potatoes is fast, convenient, and can create an equally fluffy interior.

Reheat in the microwave, oven, air fryer, on the stovetop or grill until hot throughout.
Top and serve as desired.

1/4tsp.olive oil
Directions
Prepare potato:
Scrub 1 (8-oz.)

Microwave on HIGH until mostly tender, about 5 minutes.
Let stand, and serve:
Let stand 5 minutes before serving or using in another recipe.
