For a wonderfully special weekend brunch, peanut butterstuffed French toast can be made in less than 15 minutes.

Even with the sweetened condensed milk topping, this French toast comes across as just lightly sweetened.

Its incredibly rich from the peanut butter, which becomes creamier once warmed.

ThisFrench toastrecipe is inspired by Hong Kong-style French toast.

This is usually easier for home cooks who are unlikely to have a deep fryer at the ready.

Finally, you could certainly use maple syrup instead of sweetened condensed milkbut the milk is pretty great!
