)all-purpose flour
1 1/2tsp.baking powder
1/2tsp.ground cinnamon
1/4tsp.baking soda
1/4tsp.table salt
3/4cupsour cream
3/4cupgranulated sugar
1/3cupwhole milk
6Tbsp.
)unsalted butter, melted
1largeegg
1(15-oz.)
Using a rubber spatula or fork, stir mixture together until evenly combined and small crumbs form.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap, and chill until ready to use.
Prepare oven and muffin tray:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Generously coat a 12-cup muffin tray with cooking spray.

Add peaches:
Remove bowl from stand mixer, and fold in peaches until evenly dispersed.
Sprinkle tops of each with about 1 tablespoon prepared streusel topping.
Cool muffins:
Cool muffins in tray until cool enough to remove, about 20 minutes.

Serve warm, or let cool completely on a wire rack, 10 to 15 minutes.
