Directions
Make crust:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Press mixture evenly into bottom of an 11- x 7-inch baking dish.
Transfer baking dish to a wire rack; let crust cool completely, about 45 minutes.

Remove from heat, and let cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
Set whipped cream aside.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
