Can you use sorbet in the place of sherbet?
Up to two days ahead:Scoop the sherbet into the muffin pan, wrap and freeze.
Prepare fruit slices and refrigerate in an airtight container.

On the day of serving, assemble as directed.
Freeze until ready to serve.
