)unsalted butter, divided

4medium(5 oz.

Add potatoes, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.

Bake, then flip potatoes:

Bake until browned on bottom, about 15 minutes.

Flip potatoes, and bake until browned on both sides, about 15 minutes.
