Spray a 2-quart gratin or baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
Add dip to prepared dish:
Spoon into prepared gratin dish and spread into an even layer.

Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1/2 cup Cheddar.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Add cheese:
Remove foil and top with Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Broil dip:
