2(12-oz., 1-in.-thick) bone-in center-cut pork chops

pure maple syrup
1Tbsp.
adobo sauce (from 1 [7 1/2-oz.]
can chipotle in adobo sauce)

Dry pork chops with paper towels, and rub all sides evenly with oil.
Sprinkle pork chops evenly with chile powder mixture, and rub until well coated.
Remove chops from air fryer, and let rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes.

Slice pork chops:
Thinly slice pork against the grain, and drizzle with maple sauce.
