Lemon Freeze is a creamy, frozen retro dessert.

In this version, we swap raw egg whites for whipped cream and yolks for prepared lemon curd.

This dessert, sometimes called no-bake lemon bars, is extra lemony, tart, and refreshing.

Prepare it the night before for a crowd-pleasing treat thats ready topull from the freezer.

Ingredients

Crust:

Cooking spray

1cupgraham cracker crumbs

1/4cup(2 oz.

)unsalted butter, melted

3Tbsp.granulated sugar

Filling:

1 1/2cupsheavy whipping cream

1(14 oz.)

baking pan or dish with cooking spray.

Press into an even layer in prepared pan.

Place in freezer while preparing the filling.

Whip the cream:

In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until it reaches soft peaks.

Fold in whipped cream until lightened in texture.

Spread mixture into prepared pan.

Freeze dessert:

Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

Cover with foil and freeze 8 hours or until firm.

Slice:

Cut into squares to serve.
