What Are Lace Cookies?
Lace cookies are sugary, chewy cookies that are extra thin and crispy on the edges.

The name comes from how papery-thin and see-through the cookies are.
(Hold them up to the light, and you’ll know what we’re saying.)
Recipes vary on the full list of ingredients, but the outcome is always similar.
