However, you should clean the traps between uses if you plan to reuse them.
Clean the surface again with disinfectant, and wash your hands.
You also can spray down the dead rodent or its nesting materials with disinfectant before disposing of them.
Look for easy access points.
The same goes for stacks of firewood.
