Stored at room temperature, they’ll only last about one day.

The berries are also less likely to sweat at room temperature, like they tend to in the fridge.

However, if your kitchen runs hot, the chocolate can melt.

If you’re gonna wanna stack multiple layers, placewax paperin between each one.

Loosely cover with plastic wrap or foil.

Humidity is the main issue when it comes to storing the strawberries in the fridge.

Placing them in a crisper drawer set to low humidity can help.

take a stab at avoid airtight containers, as it can promote condensation and faster spoilage.

Both the temperature change and humidity in the fridge can create condensation.
