Arrange panko in another shallow dish.

Dredge well in panko, pressing to adhere.

Repeat with remaining chicken, flour mixture, egg mixture, and panko.

Pan fry chicken:

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high.

Remove chicken to a paper towellined plate.

Repeat frying procedure with remaining 2 chicken breasts.
