Your favorite dipping sauce actually makes the most flavorful chicken dinner.
Use dried rosemary, or swap for fresh thyme if it’s in your fridge.
Even thin-cut pork cutlets or chops would be excellent.

Serve with a light salad, green beans, or roasted potatoes for a complete meal.
Ingredients
4(5 to 6 oz.
Sprinkle the chicken evenly with salt and pepper.

Place flour in a shallow dish; dredge chicken lightly in flour, shaking off excess.
Discard any remaining flour.
Brown chicken cutlets:
Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high.

Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
If needed, brown the chicken in 2 batches.
Cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add chicken back to sauce and cook for 3-5 minutes until chicken is coated and warmed through.
