deli ham slices (8 oz.

Gouda cheese slices (4 oz.
Coat a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
Build sliders:
Spread mayonnaise mixture on both cut sides of rolls.

Fold ham slices; arrange ham and cheese evenly on bottom rolls.
Transfer to baking dish.
Bake sliders:
Cover baking dish with aluminum foil.

Bake in preheated oven 8 minutes.
Remove foil; continue baking until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes.
Just swap the Hawaiian rolls for gluten-free buns, and proceed as directed.
If serving these sliders as an appetizer, prepare 1 to 2 per person.
If serving as the main part of the meal, plan for 3 to 4 per guest.
