Pre-Cooked, Boneless Ham
This ham should weigh between 6 and 12 pounds.
Heat at 325F for 10 to 15 minutes per pound.

How Long To Cook Uncooked Ham
An uncooked ham will clearly be labeled uncooked.
These hams are often called “fresh hams” and have not been cured or cooked in any way.

The internal temperature should be 145F.
Allow the ham to rest for three minutes.
The boneless arm picnic shoulder will be larger, weighing 5 to 8 pounds.

Cook at 325F for 30 to 35 minutes per pound.
The internal temperature should be 145F.
Allow the ham to rest for three minutes.

Cook the ham cut-side down in the pan, and cover with foil while baking.
Remove the foil near the end of cooking when it’s time to glaze the ham.
Allow the ham to rest after baking to help the juices evenly redistribute after cooking.
