Simply fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the gin, grapefruit and lime juice, simple syrup, and ginger to the shaker.
Shake until the outside of the shaker is very cold and frosty.
Ingredients
Ice
1/4cup(2 oz.
)fresh grapefruit juice(from 1 small [10 oz.]
)fresh lime juice(from 2 limes)
2Tbsp.
)simple syrup
1tsp.finely grated fresh ginger(from 1 [1-in.]
piece)
1/4cup(2 oz.
)club soda
Grapefruit wedge and crystallized ginger
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add gin, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and ginger to shaker.
Shake until outside of shaker is cold and frosty, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Strain into a rocks glass filled halfway with ice; top with club soda.
Add additional ice as needed.
Garnish with grapefruit wedge and crystallized ginger.
