Add pork pieces, turning to coat in sauce mixture.

Remove pork from Dutch oven; shred with a fork.
Remove and discard fat from surface of sauce.
Return shredded pork to Dutch oven, and toss gently to evenly coat with sauce.

Reserve 2 cups pork and 1/4 cup sauce for Spicy Pork Lettuce Wraps (recipe follows).
Serve remaining pork and sauce with rice and broccoli; garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
