Pair with a side salad or other preferred veggie sides for a complete meal.
Add potatoes and toss until coated.
Add onions:
Cover and cook, undisturbed, for 5 minutes.

Add onions and salt, pepper, and garlic powder; toss until combined.
They’ll cook up tender on the inside and crisp on the outside in just 30 minutes.
There’s no need to soak the potatoes for this recipe.
