Melt chocolate:
Place a clean bowl over the double boiler.
Add chopped chocolate to bowl, and stir frequently until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Remove bowl from double boiler, and wipe off the bottom to dry off any condensation.

Add the chocolate mixture to the butter, and mix thoroughly.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and continue to mix until all components are well-combined.
