Football dip is super creamy, rich, and smooth thanks to two types of cheeses.
The chorizo provides a little spice and a nice meaty hit on each bite.
This disappeared quickly in theSouthern LivingTest Kitchen, so you should probably go ahead and buy double the ingredients.

)can diced tomatoes with green chiles(such as Rotel)
1(8-oz.)pkg.
Tilt skillet to drain drippings to one side; spoon off and discard drippings.
Add toppings:
Top with tomatoes and cilantro.
