You don’t even have to peel the peaches for this recipe.

Place peaches into a large pot of boiling water for 10 to 20 seconds or until the skin splits.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer to an ice water bath to stop the cooking process.
Then use a sharp knife to peel off the skin (it should come off easily).

To reheat, bake at 350F until warmed through, covering with foil if needed to prevent excess browning.

1 3/4lbs.fresh peaches
1/2cup(4 oz.)

Pour onto melted butter.
