Ingredients

1 1/2cupsdicedpoblano pepper

1 1/2cupsfrozen corn

3(15.5 oz.

)canswhite beans drained and rinsed

1(2 -lb.

Blend some of the chili:

Remove 2 cups from mixture and transfer to a blender.

Secure lid on blender, and remove center piece to allow steam to escape.

Stir into remaining chili.

Garnish and serve:
