Butterfly bush in invasive and its seedlings spread everywhere.

There’s a kernel of truth here.

That doesn’t mean it’s a plague where you live.

Few plants thrive everywhere.

More importantly, many of the new and improved butterfly bushes are sterile and don’t produce seedlings.
