As Southerners, we love deviled eggs of all typesand at all events.
FromEasterto theFourth of July, there’s no reason or season to not have these bites on the table.
And now, you could have deviled eggs in another fun format.

Hot sauce adds the critical heat that makes this dip truly “deviled.”
To make this dip, simply grate the eggs using the large holes of a box grater.
Fold in grated eggs and chives.

Garnish with chives, pepper, and paprika, and serve with potato chips.
Prepare as directed and store in an airtight container for up to two days for the freshest flavor.
Taste and adjust with additional seasoning, if needed, and garnish fresh before serving.
