This recall for potential foreign material contamination comes a month after nearly 9,000 boxes were pulled for manufacturing concerns.
The cold medication is Costcos generic brand of Vicks DayQuil and NyQuil.
The affected products have a lot code ofP140082.

LNK advised shoppers to immediately return any recalled cold and flu medication to their localCostcofor a full refund.
They also urged members not to use any of the potentially contaminated products.
The previous recall involved boxes with the lot codes P139953 or P139815 and an August 2026 expiration date.
