Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Remove from heat, and set aside to cool, about 15 minutes.

Add cooled browned butter, and beat on medium speed until combined, 30 to 45 seconds.
Beat on low speed until nearly combined, 15 to 30 seconds.
Roll cookie dough balls in cornflake cereal:
Spread remaining 1 cup cornflakes on a large plate.

Using a spring-loaded 2-tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop and roll dough into balls.
Roll dough balls over cornflake cereal on plate, pressing slightly to adhere.
Place balls about 1 1/2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
