Ingredients
1/2cup(4 oz.

)unsalted butter
3/4cupchopped yellow onion(from 1 small [7 oz.]
onion)
3/4cupchopped celery(from 3 small [2 oz.
Directions
Prepare oven and baking sheet:
Preheat oven to 350F.

Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Cook onion, celery, and sage:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium.
Fold cornbread into milk mixture and let soak for 5 minutes.

Add onion mixture to cornbread; fold to combine.
Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
